Machalus, Duke of Time

This is Machalus, Duke of Time, and only one of five time-traveling goblins in known goblin history.

Machalus is partly famous in history for initially using his time traveling powers to plunder, trick, and take advantage of various goblin civilizations to increase his estate. However, after the First Great Disruption, he switched to using his powers to repair history and correct misdeeds. Predictably, that began a set of its own problems...

Does the watch Machalus use as an eyepiece actually do anything? Does he use it to control time travel itself? Does he use it as a visual aid? Or is he just very, very eccentric? The history books don't say...
