Spencer

Spencer is a somewhat punkish goblin. There's a mutual amount of distrust between Spencer and various authority figures. Spencer's tendency for rebellion tends to get him in trouble, but there's another side to this coin: Spencer is a huge believer in grassroots communities and he spends a tremendous amount of time volunteering and helping those in need.

Also, while Spencer is shown smoking a cigarette here, that's a habit he picked up in a certain form of rebellion, but he's come to regret it as he's become heavily involved in Goblins Against the Tobacco Industry. (That's to say nothing of Spencer's opinion of smoking substances not controlled by industries he hates, though...)
